“May be served neat, over ice, or lengthened with lime and sode”??? Anyone who cuts my 30 year old Sherry Oak Macallan with lime and soda is NOT welcome in my liquor room!! Sheesh. . .

The Macallan 18yo is a great product, but the 12yo is a bit standard. 21 and up are indistinguishable — when they’re talking about all the awards they win, it’s almost always the 18yo that brings home the wallpaper.

I want to try the 18 year old. I’ve heard A LOT of great things about that variety of single malt.
I’ve tried the 12 year old Macallan and it is a fantastic spirit.
There’s few pleasures in the world that can rival a fine glass of single malt served neat.
